Each member that creates a brackhit in the same month as the contest is automatically entered into the contest. The to 5 brackhits that have the most unique plays will win one of the five prizes.Entrants must meet the following requirements at the time of entry:
The entrant is a legal resident of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, and is 13 years of age or older; and
The entrant is NOT an employee of Artistory or their partners; and
The entrant is NOT involved in any part of the administration and execution of this giveaway; and
The entrant is NOT an immediate family (parent, sibling, spouse, child) or household member of a Artistory employee.This Sweepstakes is void outside the geographic area described above and wherever else prohibited by law. There is a limit of only one prize per person during the entry period. Winners will be notified by email within seven days of selection and must claim prize within seven days of being notified, unless otherwise stated. For example, our Giveaway requires prizes to be claimed within 48 hours. If you are confirmed to be a winner of this giveaway, you may not exchange your prize for cash or any other merchandise or services. However, if for any reason an advertised prize is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value; and you may not designate someone else as the winner.
